July 23–27, 8:30 a.m.–noon at the Old Capitol Museum. Mississippi Places and Faces. From mounds to modern Mississippi, rising 4th, 5th, and 6th graders will discover what made Mississippi the wonderful and diverse place it has become. Camp activities will include hands-on artifacts, crafts, tours, and more at the Old Capitol Museum, Governor’s Mansion, Eudora Welty House, and State Capitol. Registration fee is $50.
