6th Annual Black and Blue Civil War Living History
Saturday, October 26, 10:30 a.m.–4 p.m. at Historic Jefferson College. 6th Annual Black and Blue Civil War Living History. Reenactors tell the story of the African American experience during the Civil War in Adams County. This year’s presentation commemorates the freedom summer of 1863. Living history reenactor Michael Crutcher will portray Frederick Douglass and will speak on the roles and impact of people of African descent in the Civil War.
