The annual report (July–June) provides a summary of major projects and financial management of the agency. The Department of Archives and History has electronic (PDF) copies of the report from 2001. For years 2004-2007, an Addendum, containing Automobile Operating Costs, Maintenance Expenditures, Construction Expenditures, and Contracts Awarded, was also published to accompany the Annual Report.
