The Department of Mental Health provides a network of services to individuals who experience problems with mental illness, alcohol and/or drug abuse/dependence, or who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. The Department publishes a report on these services for each fiscal year (July-June). The Department of Archives and History has electronic (PDF) copies of reports from 2008.
